Nick is a dedicated family man and experienced leader in the Insurance Industry. He has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 25 years, and together they have two children, a son and a daughter. Family remains a central part of Nick’s life and values.

With 29 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, Nick currently serves as Regional Manager. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, bringing his office to #1 in the district multiple times. His teams have created and implemented top sales practices while delivering superior client service. Nick continues to grow and develop the Ormond Office into a hardworking, top-performing team focused on long-term success, leadership development, and exceptional service.

Unit Manager

Paulette brings to her clients over 15 years of experience in the Retirement Planning industry, from health to wealth. She continually stays updated with her knowledge of the industry by attending ASB Colleges and classes online. She has worked closely in training new agents and assisted in the development and office growth.

Paulette previously had over 10 years in the Banking industry, in which she attended the Florida School of Banking. She has helped many clients with planning for retirement, to assisting in the retirement phase, in order for her clients to reach their goals and live the type of retirement they desire.

Paulette was a caregiver for over 30 years and understands what is involved in caregiving and how families are affected. She can help her clients and their families plan and navigate through the caregiving process and provide support.

Outside of the office, Paulette is a proud wife, mother and grandmother. She is involved in the community by holding her own classes and teaching individuals about their insurance options and planning for their future, as well as being deeply involved in her religious activities.

Unit Manager

Joe Barreiro, a dedicated father and seasoned retirement planning professional, adeptly employs financial and insurance solutions to assist clients in overcoming the intricate challenges of retirement. As the unit sales manager at the Ormond branch, he leads a team of experts who champion collaborative solutions, swiftly and effectively addressing client needs. A resident of Volusia County since 2000, Joe’s degree in Psychology from Macon State University equips him with the ability to establish strong client relationships through empathy and personalized guidance.

Operations Manager

Lisa is a dedicated professional and committed family woman. She has been married to her husband, Nick, for 25 years, and together they have built both a strong family and a shared commitment to hard work and integrity.

With 15 years of experience in her field, Lisa serves as the Operations Manager, where she plays a key role in keeping the organization running efficiently and effectively. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to support both leadership and team members. Lisa takes pride in creating systems and processes that enhance productivity and ensure a high level of service for clients. Her steady leadership and behind-the-scenes expertise are essential to the continued growth and success of the office.
